Scoring Criteria
- Role match: how closely the contact’s title and seniority match your ideal buyer persona
- Data completeness: contacts with a full profile, verified email, phone, LinkedIn, and firmographic data, score higher than partial matches
- Intent signal: recent funding, hiring surges, leadership changes, or technology adoption that suggests an active buying window
- Send-risk status: validated versus catch-all, factored in so your team can prioritize the safest, highest-confidence contacts first
Tiering
Contacts are grouped into tiers, typically A, B, and C, based on combined score, giving your sales and campaign teams a clear working order without needing to interpret a raw numeric score for every single row.
Delivery Format
Lists are delivered as a clean CSV with every enrichment and scoring field included, or as a direct import into your CRM or sending platform if you prefer to skip the manual upload step entirely. Field mapping is handled on our side so the import works on the first attempt.
Ongoing Refresh
Contact and company data decays at roughly 2 to 3% per month as people change roles. For ongoing campaigns, we offer scheduled re-validation and re-enrichment passes so your list stays current rather than degrading silently over a multi-month campaign.
