Every Advazon infrastructure build starts here. Before a single email goes out, we acquire secondary sending domains that are separate from your primary company domain, so that if a domain ever takes reputation damage, your main website and company email are completely unaffected.

Why Secondary Domains, Not Your Main Domain

Sending cold outreach from your primary domain puts your entire company’s email deliverability at risk. If your main domain gets flagged or blacklisted because of an aggressive cold campaign, every internal and client email you send afterward can land in spam too. We isolate risk by building on domains such as variations of your brand name, for example acmecorpteam.com or getacmecorp.com, that redirect to your real site but carry none of the sending risk.

What Gets Configured on Every Domain

How Many Domains You Actually Need

Domain count is based on daily send volume, not guesswork. As a general rule: 100 to 200 emails per day needs 1 to 2 domains with 3 to 4 mailboxes, 300 to 500 emails per day needs 2 to 3 domains with 6 to 9 mailboxes, and 500 to 1,000 emails per day needs 4 to 6 domains with 12 to 18 mailboxes. Each domain supports 2 to 3 mailboxes, and each mailbox sends a maximum of 30 to 50 emails per day to stay under provider spam thresholds.

Turnaround

Domain acquisition and full DNS configuration is completed within the first 2 to 3 days of your infrastructure build, so authentication and warmup can begin immediately after.
