I Build Outbound Systems
That Actually Land.

Rakibul Haque · B2B Lead Generation & Email Deliverability

Clients started calling me a cold email expert long before I called myself one, usually right after we fixed a domain three other agencies had already given up on.

We started Advazon because we kept watching businesses get sold the same broken promise: send more emails, hire more SDRs, buy a bigger list. Almost nobody talked about whether the emails were even landing in the first place.

My Story

Why I Started Advazon.

The short version: I got tired of watching good products fail because nobody fixed the infrastructure underneath them.

I got into B2B lead generation in 2017, doing list-building work for small clients on Upwork. Back then I thought the job was simple: find the right people, write a good message, send it. I was wrong about which part actually mattered.

Over the next two years, I watched the same pattern play out with client after client. They'd write great copy. They'd build a solid list. They'd hit send. And almost nothing would happen. Open rates near zero. Replies that never came. Everyone blamed the message. Almost nobody checked whether the email ever reached the inbox at all.

"I stopped asking clients what their open rate was. I started asking whether their domain had ever been checked for a blacklist."

That shift changed everything about how I worked. I started digging into SPF records, DKIM signatures, DMARC policies, and warmup protocols, guided early on by Google's own sender guidelines, not because it was glamorous, but because it was the actual problem nobody was solving. Most freelancers and agencies were optimizing subject lines while their client's domain was quietly burning.

By 2021, I wasn't just building lead lists anymore. I was rebuilding entire outbound systems from the ground up, infrastructure first, copy second. Clients started seeing the difference immediately. Not because the messaging got smarter, but because the emails finally arrived.

I founded Advazon in 2023 to do this work properly, for companies that wanted a real system instead of another freelancer who'd disappear in three months. The mission hasn't changed since: build the infrastructure right, then everything else gets easier.

Clients don't hire me for clever subject lines. They hire a cold email expert who treats inbox placement as the actual product.

That focus on infrastructure is still how Advazon operates today. Every account starts with a technical audit before a single word of copy gets written, because a perfectly worded email sent from a burned domain never gets read. Clients hear directly from me on calls, not an account manager reading from a script, and every campaign gets checked against real inbox placement data instead of open-rate guesses.

It is slower to onboard clients this way. Most agencies can promise a launch inside 48 hours because they skip the audit and hope the list is clean. I would rather spend the first week finding out for certain, then build a campaign that still performs in month four, not just week one.

The Path Here

Seven Years as a Cold Email Expert.

Every step added a layer to what Advazon does today.

2017

Started in B2B Lead Generation

Began doing list-building and outreach for small clients. Learned fast that a good list means nothing if the emails never land.

2019

Shifted Focus to Deliverability

Started specializing in domain authentication, warmup, and inbox placement after seeing infrastructure, not copy, was the real bottleneck.

2021

Expanded Into Full Outbound Systems

Added LinkedIn outreach, CRM automation, and multi-domain campaign builds. Started taking on larger, more technical engagements.

2023

Founded Advazon

Formalized everything under one brand. Built a process that scales without losing the direct, no-disappearing-act relationship clients actually want.

Today

200+ Campaigns, US Clients First

Working primarily with SaaS companies, agencies, and B2B teams across the United States, with additional clients in the UK and Australia. Still doing the audit calls myself, the same way any cold email expert worth hiring should.

How We Operate

Six Rules We Do Not Bend.

These are not values on a poster. Every campaign gets checked against them before it goes live, no exceptions for a tight deadline or a client who wants to skip ahead.

01 · INFRASTRUCTURE

Domain Health Before Copy

We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain reputation before a single subject line gets written. A perfectly worded email from a flagged domain never reaches an inbox, so the technical work always comes first, not as an afterthought once replies stop coming in.

02 · SOURCING

Fresh Contacts, Not Recycled Lists

Every contact gets sourced and verified against your specific offer instead of pulled from a database used across five other campaigns. Recycled lists are one of the fastest ways to land a domain on a blacklist.

03 · PACING

Warmup Before Volume

The first two weeks move slower on purpose. Sending volume ramps only after the domain is properly warmed, which is why reply rates from our campaigns tend to hold steady into month three instead of collapsing after an aggressive launch.

04 · REPORTING

You See What I See

Bounce rate, spam complaints, and inbox placement all sit inside the same dashboard I check every morning. Open rate on its own has never told the real story about a campaign, so we do not lean on it alone.

05 · ACCESS

Direct Line to Me

There is no account manager relay between you and the person running your campaign. Questions get answered by whoever actually built the sequence, usually inside a few hours, not a few business days.

06 · HONESTY

Sometimes the Answer Is Not Yet

If your offer, list, or timeline works against good deliverability, I say so on the first call instead of taking the project anyway. Fixing a burned domain later always costs more than waiting three weeks to start it right.

The Difference

What Changes When You Work With Advazon Instead of an Agency.

Most outbound agencies scale by hiring more account managers, which means your campaign eventually gets handed to whoever is available that week. Advazon stays intentionally small. The person who runs your audit call is the same person who checks your dashboard six months later, which means nothing gets lost in a handoff that never happened.

Agencies also tend to sell volume first and explain deliverability later, usually after a client domain gets flagged. Advazon runs the audit before quoting a price, because a campaign built on a healthy domain performs differently than one bolted onto whatever setup a client already has. That order, infrastructure before volume, is the actual difference, not a slogan on a homepage.

The tradeoff is capacity. Advazon does not take on unlimited clients in a given month, because deliverability work does not scale the way a call center does. What that buys you is a campaign that gets real attention instead of a template with your company name swapped in.

None of this makes Advazon the right choice for every company, and that is fine. Businesses that want the cheapest possible outreach at the highest possible volume will find agencies built for exactly that. Advazon is built for companies that want fewer, better conversations and a domain reputation that survives the campaign instead of getting burned by it.

That approach is also why the numbers on this page hold up under scrutiny. Over 200 campaigns and a 95% average inbox placement rate did not come from sending more emails faster. They came from treating deliverability as the actual product, with copywriting and list building built around it instead of the other way around.

A handful of clients have worked with Advazon for over three years, through product pivots, price changes, and entirely new target markets. That kind of relationship only survives if the reporting stays honest even in a slow month, and if a bad batch of leads gets flagged instead of quietly reused. Long-term retention is not the goal on paper here. It is just what tends to happen when the infrastructure holds up over time.

The Right Fit

Who This Actually Works For.

Advazon works best with B2B companies that already have a product people want and a sales process built to handle new conversations. If your team can take a qualified call and knows what to do with it once it lands, the infrastructure and outreach we build will hand you a steady stream of them.

This is not the right fit for everyone, and I would rather say that upfront than take a check and underdeliver. If you are pre-product, still validating who your buyer actually is, or do not have anyone available to follow up on replies within a day or two, cold outreach will mostly create noise you cannot act on. That comes up directly on the audit call, before any money changes hands.

Most clients fall into three groups: SaaS companies scaling past founder-led sales, agencies that need a predictable pipeline instead of relying on referrals, and B2B service businesses selling to other operators who actually live in their inbox. All three share one thing in common, a defined offer and a team ready to close what gets sent their way.

Company size matters less than readiness. Advazon has run campaigns for two-person founding teams working nights on their own outreach and for companies with a dedicated SDR team already in place, and the underlying infrastructure work looks almost identical either way. What changes between them is sending volume and how quickly we can ramp it.

Most engagements run somewhere between three and twelve months before a client either brings outreach in-house or scales it further with Advazon. Neither outcome gets treated as a loss. The point of the audit call is finding out honestly which one fits where the business actually is, not stretching a contract longer than it needs to run.

About Working With Us

Questions Before You
Book a Call.

Do you work with early-stage startups?

Sometimes. If you have a validated offer and someone available to handle replies as they come in, company stage matters less than readiness. If you are still figuring out who your buyer is, that gets said directly, along with a suggestion to validate the offer first rather than running paid outreach against an unproven audience.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer usually owns one piece of the puzzle, either copywriting, list building, or LinkedIn outreach, and the relationship often ends when the contract does. Advazon owns the full system, deliverability, infrastructure, copywriting, and reporting, inside one accountable relationship that does not reset back to zero every few months with a new hire.

What industries do you specialize in?

Most of the work sits inside B2B SaaS, marketing and creative agencies, and professional services firms selling to other businesses. Campaigns have also run successfully in real estate technology, legal services, and fintech. The common thread across all of them is a buyer who reads email and takes calls, not a purely consumer audience scrolling past cold messages.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Campaigns run month to month after the initial setup period, because deliverability work genuinely needs a few weeks to show reliable signal before anyone can judge it fairly. You are free to leave after that window, though most clients stay simply because the pipeline keeps producing.

What happens if a campaign underperforms?

We look at the same numbers you do, inbox placement, reply rate, and meeting rate, and diagnose what is actually broken instead of guessing out loud. Sometimes it is the list, sometimes it is timing, sometimes it is the offer itself needing a rework. That diagnosis comes to you in writing, not a vague promise to try harder next month.

Can I see examples of past results before signing up?

Yes. Real numbers from past campaigns, including inbox placement rates and reply rates, get shared on the audit call along with client names where permission allows it. Case studies covering specific industries are also available if your team wants that context before deciding.

Do you work with companies outside the United States?

Yes, though the primary focus stays on the US market, US business hours, and USD pricing. Current clients also include teams in the UK and Australia, and international companies selling into the US market often get the most value from that specific focus.
